When a user selects a Country, the State/Province dropdown dynamically loads the corresponding states. When a State is selected, the City dropdown automatically populates with relevant cities.

Installation
- Upload the plugin folder to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install the plugin directly through the WordPress plugins screen. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Open any form in WPForms -> Add New or Edit.
- Drag and drop the Country State City field from the Standard Fields panel into your form.
- Save your form and embed it anywhere on your site!

Can I hide the State or City dropdown?

Yes! In the form builder, click on the Country State City field options to toggle “Hide State Field” or “Hide City Field”.

Users can select “Other (Please specify)” to enter their custom country, state, or city in a dedicated text box.
