Description
Thenameda Form Payments with SagePay for WPForms lets you accept SagePay (Opayo) payments on any WPForms form. Configure credentials and field mapping per form in the WPForms form builder. When a visitor submits the form they are redirected to the Opayo hosted payment page to pay securely. After payment, they return to your site and the transaction is stored in your dashboard.
Works with WPForms Lite and WPForms Pro.

External Services
This plugin connects to the Opayo (SagePay) payment service operated by Elavon to process card payments via the hosted Form protocol.
What data is sent and when
Data is sent only when SagePay is enabled for a form and a visitor is redirected to pay:
- Form submission — The plugin encrypts payment amount, currency, description, customer email/name, billing and delivery address fields, return URLs, and vendor email, then POSTs the encrypted Crypt value with Vendor name and transaction type to Opayo (
sandbox.opayo.eu.elavon.comorlive.opayo.eu.elavon.com). - Return from Opayo — Opayo redirects the buyer back with an encrypted crypt response that the plugin decrypts to record transaction status.
Card details are entered on Opayo’s hosted page and never touch your WordPress site.

Installation
- Make sure WPForms Lite or WPForms is installed and active.
- Upload the plugin folder to
/wp-content/plugins/or install it from the Plugins screen. - Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.
- Edit a form, open Settings » SagePay, enable SagePay, enter your Opayo credentials, and map billing fields.
- Save the form and place it on a page.

Where do I get SagePay / Opayo credentials?

Log in to MySagePay / Opayo and open your Form integration settings to copy the Vendor Name and Encryption Password for Sandbox and Live.

How is the payment amount determined?

Select an “Amount field” in the SagePay settings, or leave it on the default to use the WPForms payment total. An optional quantity field multiplies the amount. A fixed amount can be used as a fallback.

Which country format is required?

SagePay expects ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country codes (for example
GB,IE,US). State is required only for US addresses. -
Where can I see payments?

Under SagePay Transactions in the WordPress admin menu. Optionally add
