ThemeSync Subscribe is a themed email subscription plugin for WordPress. It ships with 5 pre-designed themes (Minimal, Editorial, Boutique, Studio, Noir) that style every piece of the subscription experience — the slide-in popup, inline shortcode form, sidebar widget, confirmation email, post-notification email, and broadcasts — from one click, so the look stays consistent end to end.
You can also set an optional accent color (hex) to match your brand without touching CSS, and the plugin automatically picks accessible text contrast for buttons.

Installation
- Upload the plugin files to
/wp-content/plugins/themesync-subscribe/, or install through the Plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen.
- Go to Subscribers in the admin menu.
- Pick a Design theme at the top of the page.
- Set your “From” email and save.
- Add the form anywhere with the shortcode
[themesync_subscribe], or drag the ThemeSync Subscribe widget into a sidebar/footer. - Enable the popup in the “Slide-in popup settings” section if you want it.

Does it work with my caching plugin?

Yes. Confirm and unsubscribe links route through
admin-ajax.php, which is never cached by WP Rocket, LiteSpeed, FastPixel, W3TC, or any other caching plugin. -
Does it send emails?

Yes, through WordPress’s built-in
wp_mail(). For reliable delivery, install an SMTP plugin like WP Mail SMTP or FluentSMTP and configure a transactional mail service (Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES, etc.). The plugin includes a test email button so you can diagnose delivery issues. -
Can I change the colors?

Pick a theme that fits your brand, then optionally set an accent color override (6-digit hex) to match your exact brand color. The plugin automatically calculates text contrast on buttons for accessibility.

Does it work in the block editor / Gutenberg?

Yes. The shortcode works in a Shortcode block, and the widget works in any block-based sidebar.

Will I lose my subscribers if I switch themes?

No. Themes only affect visual appearance. Your subscriber list is stored separately and is unaffected.

Yes. There’s a global toggle on the Subscribers page to skip FS Poster auto-sharing for all new posts if you prefer manual control.
