Tapdock – Floating Call & Chat Buttons

Description

Tapdock is a contact dock built around how Vietnamese customers reach a business: a phone call or a Zalo message first, then Messenger, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, Email, Google Maps, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, YouTube and Instagram.

  • Several numbers on one channel (Switchboard, Sales 1, Sales 2…) share one button that opens a picker, instead of a column of look-alike buttons.
  • Mobile: up to three buttons are shown directly; four or more channels fold into one labelled button that opens a bottom sheet. You write the label.
  • On mobile, the buttons move above a sticky add-to-cart bar (WooCommerce and popular themes) instead of covering it.
  • Desktop: a compact dock in the corner; hovering a button shows its label, or the number for a hotline.
  • Left or right corner; show or hide per device and per page; export and import settings between sites.
  • Under 20 KB CSS and 12 KB JS, no jQuery, no external requests, no tracking, no upsell.
  • Most platforms use a single-colour brand glyph (Lazada uses a generic shopping-bag icon); upload your own PNG/WebP icon per contact.
  • The settings screen is in Vietnamese.

FAQ

Does it slow down my site?

No. One small CSS file and one small JS file are loaded only on pages where the buttons appear. No fonts, no external requests.

Can I change the logos?

Yes. Each contact uses its platform glyph by default, or your own PNG/WebP icon.

I changed a number but the site still shows the old one

The plugin purges the most common page caches automatically. If you use an external CDN cache, purge it manually.

Where is the source of the minified CSS and JS?

The readable sources ship next to them: assets/js/frontend.js, assets/js/admin.js, assets/css/frontend.css and assets/css/admin.css. The .min files are those same files minified with esbuild and lightningcss, without bundling.
