This plugin does exactly what it says. I use it to make notes about pages, while in my test environment. When I have different versions of a page, I can keep notes on which short code goes where and why. When working with different projects, it's quite easy to lose track. But this way I can easily keep track of what goes where and why, in a very handy location. Thumbs up for the developer.
