Limitations

External Service
This plugin relies on the StoreVoiceAI cloud service to deliver real-time AI voice conversations. It is the only third-party service the plugin contacts.

What it is used for:
- Provisioning and updating your AI voice agent (name, voice, greeting, knowledge base).
- Initiating and routing voice calls between your customers and the AI agent.
- Provisioning and managing inbound phone numbers (US area codes).
- Returning call logs, call analytics, and minutes-usage information for display inside your WordPress admin.
- Synchronizing your store’s WooCommerce product data and selected knowledge-base pages so the agent can answer customer questions about your catalog.
What data is sent and when:
- When you activate the plugin and connect your account, the plugin sends your site URL, site name, and a generated WooCommerce REST API key so the service can read your catalog on your behalf.
- When you configure your agent or knowledge base in the plugin admin, the corresponding settings (agent name, voice selection, greeting, list of knowledge-base pages) are sent to the service.
- When a customer initiates a voice call through the on-site widget or your provisioned phone number, the call audio is streamed to the service for real-time AI processing.
- When you open the admin dashboards, the plugin requests aggregated call logs and minutes usage from the service.
No data is sent to the service until the plugin is connected to a StoreVoiceAI account by a site administrator. Call audio is not stored inside your WordPress database; only summaries and metadata are persisted locally.

StoreVoiceAI processes conversation audio and metadata through the StoreVoiceAI service (storevoiceai.com) to deliver AI voice conversations. The plugin does not store call audio inside your WordPress database. Call logs and analytics displayed in the WordPress admin are summaries only.
This plugin transmits your store’s product data and knowledge base content to the StoreVoiceAI service to power agent responses. No data is transmitted until the plugin is connected to a StoreVoiceAI account by an authorized site administrator.

Installation
Requirements
- WordPress 5.0 or higher
- WooCommerce 5.0 or higher (installed, activated, and configured with a currency)
- PHP 8.0 or higher
- A StoreVoiceAI account – sign up free at storevoiceai.com
Installing from the WordPress admin
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins -> Add New and search for “StoreVoiceAI for WooCommerce.”
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
- A new StoreVoiceAI menu will appear in your admin sidebar. Open it to connect your account and configure your agent.
Installing manually
- Download the plugin zip from your StoreVoiceAI account or from the WordPress plugin directory.
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin.
- Choose the zip file, click Install Now, then Activate.
Installing via FTP
- Unzip the plugin file.
- Upload the
