Is this free?

Yes, the stockpack account has a free plan and the plugin is free.

When will my favourite provider be supported?

We are aiming to support all providers that give us api access. However that takes time and we prioritize based on request. Open a support ticket for your provider if one doesn’t exist and we will take that into account. If a ticket exists already, add a comment there so that it gets more priority.

Can I load images from my own source?

We are considering adding Google Photos, Dropbox as well as Amazon S3. Please create a support forum request so that we can see how much demand there is. If you already find a thread for that, please comment on it.

Does this work with Gutenberg?

Yes, the plugin is linked directly to the media library, so anywhere you could have uploaded an image from the media library before, the plugin will work. However we are going to implement even more direct integrations with Gutenberg, as well as Elementor, Visual Composer, or the like.
To use it in gutenberg you just use the image block and select the Media Library.

Does this work with Elementor?

Yes, the plugin works with Elementor

Does this work with Visual Composer?

Yes, the plugin works with Visual Composer

How do I use it?

There is a step by step guide available at

Can I use multiple providers?

Yes, you are allowed to change the provider you want to use at any time. You can do that from the stockpack dashboard or from the select inside the plugin.

Can I restrict the number of providers?

Yes, you can remove some of the providers using the stockpack_providers filter. You can read more about it at

Can I change file names for SEO?

Yes, enable this setting from the settings page and you will be able to overwrite file names

Can I use the images for free?

There are some providers like unsplash and pixabay which allow you to use the images for free, but certain conditions apply. Some providers like Adobe Stock or Deposit Photos will require you to create a subscription to get access to the images.

I was looking for something like this since quite a while & was happy to see this plugin. We have used it for setting up our plugin's demo site - where we needed different images for our products. It definitely saved me a lot of time which I would have otherwise spent in browsing multiple image sites, saving the files & then adding those images in my demo site. The plugin works flawlessly without any bugs. I recommend it highly!

The searching and tagging is effortless - well done! But after searching and downloading an image to my media library, the search box disappears, and I cannot search for another image without a hard refresh (Ctrl-F5). ---- Update: I haven't had time to track down my issue, but the developer's response has been AMAZING. So I'm going to assume the issue is with my configuration and not the plugin, and upgrade my review to five stars for A++ responsiveness.
