  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
  3. Select the order status messages you want to send to your customers.
  4. Spoki will automatically communicate with WooCommerce and, based on the status of the order, will send the message to your customer with its number. The message will contain the number of the order placed, the name of the store and the references of the store in case of a request for support.
