Premium Features

1. COD Availability Control

Configure Cash on Delivery availability independently for each product.

When COD is marked as unavailable for a product, the Premium version can prevent the Cash on Delivery payment method from being available when that product is in the cart.

2. COD Charges

Configure an optional COD Charge for individual products.

COD Charges are:

• Configured directly from the product edit screen.
• Added only when Cash on Delivery is selected.
• Displayed as a separate fee during cart and checkout calculations.
• Calculated according to product quantity.

If the customer selects an online payment method instead of COD, the COD Charge is not added.

3. Return / Exchange Information

Configure Return / Exchange availability and a product-specific Return Period in days.

This gives customers clear information about the return or exchange conditions for individual products.

4. Shipping Information and Shipping Charges

Configure each product as Free Shipping or Paid Shipping.

For products with Paid Shipping, an optional Shipping Charge can be configured and incorporated into the applicable cart item calculation.

5. Product Information Display Position

Choose where the Product Information block appears on the single product page.

Available options include:

• Above Short Description
• Below Short Description
• Above Add to Cart
• Below Add to Cart
• After Product Meta
• After Product Summary
• Shortcode Only
• Hide Automatic Display (Shortcode Only)

6. Shortcode Support

Use the [wcpid_product_info] shortcode to place the Product Information block manually in supported shortcode-enabled areas.

This is useful when automatic placement does not suit the store’s theme or page layout.

7. Product Information Images / Icons

Configure custom images or icons for:

• COD Available
• COD Not Available
• Return Available
• Return Not Available
• Free Shipping Available
• Free Shipping Not Available

8. Product-Level Configuration

Configure COD, COD Charges, Return / Exchange, Return Period, Shipping, and Shipping Charges independently for individual products.

This allows different products in the same store to have different purchasing and delivery conditions.

9. COD Payment Gateway Control

The Premium version can restrict the COD payment gateway according to the COD setting of products in the cart.

If a product is configured as No COD, the COD payment method can be removed from the available payment methods when that product is present in the cart.

10. Automatic Checkout COD Charge Calculation

COD Charges are applied only when Cash on Delivery is selected.

When the customer changes the payment method:

• COD selected → applicable COD Charges are added.
• Online payment selected → COD Charges are removed.

Checkout totals are refreshed when the payment method changes.

11. Premium License and Automatic Updates

The Premium version includes license activation through the SosWoo licensing system and authorized automatic plugin updates.

A valid Premium license is required for Premium functionality and eligible updates.

Before installing the Premium version, deactivate the Free version. Existing product settings are preserved when switching from the Free version to the Premium version.

Usage

After activation:

1. Go to Settings > SosWoo Product Info Display for WooCommerce to configure the images.
2. Open any WooCommerce product for editing.
3. Configure the available product information.
4. If Return/Exchange is enabled, specify the return period in days.
5. Save the product.
6. The selected information is displayed on the single product page.
