External services

This plugin relies on the AI PDF Remediation service operated by Skynet Technologies USA LLC. The plugin cannot check or remediate PDFs without it: the analysis and repair happen on that service, not on your server.

Nothing is sent to either service until an administrator explicitly connects the site from the plugin screen, which lists the exact data (with its real values) that will be shared. Until then the plugin loads no workspace code and makes no request. The consent is recorded on your site as a single option and can be withdrawn at any time with the Disconnect link, after which no further data is sent. It is also removed when the plugin is uninstalled.

What it is used for: registering your site’s account, listing and storing your documents, running remediation jobs, reporting the accessibility checks that were applied, and delivering the remediated files.

What is sent, and when:

• After an administrator has connected the site — when the workspace is opened, and whenever the session token expires — your server sends your site name, your site’s administration email address, your site’s domain, the plan identifier (free) and a fixed country code (US) in order to register or sign in to the account. The service returns a short-lived session token.
• When you add a PDF, the file itself is sent from your browser to the service, along with that session token. A PDF chosen from the Media Library is read from your own site by your browser and then uploaded the same way; the service is never given access to your Media Library.
• When you use Website Scan, the domain to crawl is sent so the service can discover PDFs linked from it.
• When you start remediation, the identifiers of the selected documents are sent; when you download a result, the file is fetched back from the service.

2. All in One Accessibility® Dashboard — https://ada.skynettechnologies.us

What it is used for: nothing is sent automatically. The plugin only builds a sign-in link to this dashboard, used when an administrator clicks “Recommended Plan” to upgrade. Your site’s domain travels in that link when the administrator follows it.
