Installation
- Upload the
siteskyline-email-campaign-managerfolder to/wp-content/plugins/, or install directly through Plugins Add New in your WordPress admin. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen.
- Go to Email Manager in your WordPress admin sidebar.
- Browse the pre-built campaign templates on the dashboard, or click New Campaign to launch the Campaign Builder Wizard and choose your trigger source (WooCommerce, WordPress Core, or a supported form plugin).
- Visit Email Manager Settings to set your From Name, From Email, and unsubscribe preferences before activating your first campaign.

Do I need WooCommerce to use this plugin?

No. WooCommerce unlocks order-based triggers, product/brand targeting, and dynamic coupons, but you can also build full email sequences using the WordPress user registration trigger or a supported form plugin (Contact Form 7, WPForms, Ninja Forms) with no WooCommerce dependency at all.

Does this work with Contact Form 7, WPForms, or Ninja Forms?

Yes. Select any of these as your trigger source in the Campaign Builder, choose the specific form, and optionally add field-value conditions (equals, contains, not empty) so only matching submissions start a campaign. Submitted field values are available as merge tags in your emails.

Can I send a welcome email sequence when someone registers on my WordPress site?

Yes. Choose “WordPress Core” as the trigger source and select the New User Registration event. You can restrict the sequence to specific user roles, such as Subscriber or Customer, so different roles get different onboarding emails.

Where is open and click tracking data stored?

Yes. Use the Send Test button in the campaign editor to email yourself a preview with sample merge-tag data, tracking pixels, and wrapped links included — the subject line is prefixed with [TEST] so it’s easy to spot.
