Simplest Gallery Plugin

Description

“Simplest Gallery Plugin” is the simplest way to integrate WordPress’ builtin Photo Galleries into your pages with nice visual effects.

WordPress has got a builtin Gallery functionality which is great and lets you create, organize and place images galleries in your pages and posts with great ease.

If your theme doesn’t render the galleries properly, this little plugin adds a flavor of magic by rendering them with a fancybox jQuery effect at no effort.
Just install, activate and experience the wonder of your WordPress galleries.
More gallery styles can be added later with additional plugins, and you can create your own. See http://www.simplestgallery.com for this.

Good Little Plug-in

After viewing (installing and uninstalling) many “gallery” plugins this one is the simplest and FREE gallery I have come across.

Keep up the fantastic work!

Amazingly simple. Very neat & professional

Amazingly simple to use. Zero coding. Neat, perfect pictures. Simply the best! After searching for ages, downloading and then deleting so many other galleries who say they are easy to use, yet end up being way too complicated, this little plug-in has saved my sanity. What a pleasure to use!! Very highly recommended, especially for technically strained folks like myself.

finally a fix for the default gallery !

exactly what I was looking for! simple, works perfectly, uses the standard WP gallery feature without creating additional bloat.
basically it fixes the WP gallery, which does not really work as it should by itself.
WP should integrate this plugin as default gallery!

Fast support

Been using it for a while, and now Ive gotten fast responses on my suggestions. Really simple and nice solution to galleries.

Unfortunately lightbox didn't work

Lightbox popup seemed to work initially and then stopped suddenly.

Tried switching “Compatibility” settings as suggested but still wouldn’t work again. 🙁
Gave up in the end. Its a shame because its a very simple, basic and clean plugin otherwise.
