Shortcode

Add the lead capture form to any page or post:

Managing Leads

After a visitor submits the form, the submission is saved as a lead in WordPress.

Installation

From within WordPress (recommended)

  1. Go to Plugins Add New Plugin.
  2. Search for Simple Lead Generator.
  3. Click Install Now.
  4. Click Activate.
  5. Open Simple Lead Generator in the WordPress admin.
  6. Add [simple_lead_generator] to a page or post.

Manual installation

  1. Download the plugin ZIP file.
  2. Upload the simple-lead-generator folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
  3. Go to Plugins in WordPress admin.
  4. Activate Simple Lead Generator.
  5. Add [simple_lead_generator] to a page or post.

FAQ

Where do submitted leads go?

Each form submission is saved as a lead in your WordPress database and appears under Simple Lead Generator Leads in wp-admin.

Does Simple Lead Generator require an account?

No. The lead capture form works without creating an account or connecting to an external platform.

Does the form use AJAX?

Yes. Form submissions are handled using AJAX, so the page does not need to perform a full reload for each submission.

Where can I add the lead form?
