External services
This plugin connects your site to Replio, a third-party AI customer-support service, to power the chat widget. It is required for the plugin to work, and a Replio account and widget key are needed.
When a visitor opens the chat on your site, the widget script is loaded from Replio (https://replio.live/widget.js) and anything the visitor sends — their messages, and basic context such as approximate country and browser language — is transmitted to Replio’s servers to generate replies. Nothing is sent until a visitor interacts with the chat.

Installation
- Upload the plugin to your site (Plugins Add New Upload Plugin) and activate it.
- Go to Settings Replio Chat.
- Paste your widget key and save. The chat bubble appears on your site.
