Selling on TikTok Shop and running a WooCommerce store shouldn’t mean working in two dashboards. This plugin brings TikTok Shop orders into WooCommerce as native orders and lets you complete fulfilment without leaving wp-admin.
Orders-first and deliberately lightweight — it syncs orders, shipments and stock, and leaves listing and content management to TikTok Seller Center.
The problem it solves is the copying. A TikTok Shop order arrives in Seller Center, and if your fulfilment, stock and reporting live in WooCommerce, somebody has to retype it — the buyer, the address, the line items, the shipping paid. Then once the parcel goes out, the tracking number has to be carried back the other way, into TikTok, or the order never closes and your seller metrics suffer for it. Do that twenty times a day and it stops being admin and starts being a job.
This plugin removes both directions of that copying. TikTok orders land in WooCommerce as ordinary WooCommerce orders — matched to your products by seller SKU, with the recipient address, shipping fee and seller discounts already in place — so every plugin, report and workflow you already run treats them like any other sale. When you mark one shipped, the tracking number and carrier go back to TikTok and the package is marked shipped there too. Stock moves the same way on a schedule, so selling a unit in WooCommerce reduces what TikTok is willing to sell.
It talks to the TikTok Shop Open API directly using your own app credentials, so nothing is proxied through a third-party service and no data passes through anyone else’s servers. Your App Secret and tokens are stored encrypted, never written to the log, and customer data only ever travels from TikTok into your store — never back out.

- Follows TikTok statuses — awaiting shipment, in transit, delivered, completed and cancelled map to the WooCommerce statuses you choose, and existing orders are updated as the status changes.
- Marks packages shipped on TikTok with your tracking number when an order reaches the status you pick — and reads tracking already entered by popular shipment-tracking plugins.
- Opens the TikTok shipping label for an order straight from the order screen.
- Pushes stock from WooCommerce to TikTok hourly, matched by seller SKU, with a filterable safety buffer.
- Full sync log with raw API detail, a status screen and a dashboard widget.
Built properly

- Correct TikTok Shop request signing: sorted
{key}{value}parameters prefixed with the API path, the exact request body appended, wrapped in the app secret and hashed with HMAC-SHA256. The implementation is verified against TikTok’s own published example. - Access token sent in the

A note on scope
This plugin is orders-first by design: it syncs orders, shipments and stock, and leaves listings and content management to TikTok Seller Center. Everything described above is included and fully functional, with no keys, quotas or time limits of any kind.

External services
This plugin connects to the TikTok Shop Open API to synchronise orders, shipments and stock between your WooCommerce store and your TikTok Shop. The connection is required for the plugin to do anything, and it is only made after you enter your own TikTok Shop app credentials and authorise the plugin against your shop.
It contacts these endpoints:
auth.tiktok-shops.com– to exchange your authorisation code for an access token, and to refresh that token before it expires.open-api.tiktokglobalshop.com– to read your orders and your product/SKU catalogue, to mark packages as shipped, and to update stock levels.services.tiktokshop.com– to open the seller authorisation page and to retrieve the shipping label for an order.
What is sent: your app key and signed request parameters, the TikTok order and package identifiers being acted on, and – when you ship an order – the tracking number and carrier you entered in WooCommerce. Stock updates send the seller SKU, the quantity and your warehouse ID. No customer names, addresses, emails or payment details are sent to TikTok; customer data flows from TikTok into your store, not back out.
When: on the scheduled order sync, on the scheduled stock push, when an access token is refreshed, and when you click a sync, ship or label action in wp-admin.

Installation
- Install and activate the plugin (WooCommerce must be active).
- Create an app in the TikTok Shop Partner Center (partner.tiktokshop.com).
- Set the app’s callback URL to the one shown on the plugin settings screen.
- In WordPress go to WooCommerce TikTok Shop Sync, paste the App Key, App Secret and Service ID, and save.
- Click Connect TikTok Shop and approve the authorisation — the shop is detected automatically.
- Tick Enable syncing, then press Sync orders now.

How do I connect TikTok Shop to WooCommerce?

Create an app in the TikTok Shop Partner Center, set its callback URL to the one shown on the plugin’s settings screen, then paste the App Key, App Secret and Service ID into WooCommerce TikTok Shop Sync and click Connect TikTok Shop. You approve the authorisation on TikTok’s side and the shop is detected automatically. You need a TikTok Shop seller account with Partner Center access — there is no way around that, because the API is only opened to registered apps.

How do I import TikTok Shop orders into WooCommerce?

Once connected, tick Enable syncing and the plugin pulls new orders every 15 minutes. There is also a Sync orders now button for when you don’t want to wait. Orders arrive as native WooCommerce orders, not as a separate list you have to work from.

Does it sync stock from WooCommerce to TikTok Shop?

How often does it sync?

Orders every 15 minutes, stock every hour, and a daily job that keeps your access token refreshed before it lapses. It uses Action Scheduler when WooCommerce provides it and falls back to WP-Cron otherwise — on a low-traffic store, a real server cron makes the timing reliable.

Can I get TikTok shipping labels from WooCommerce?

Yes. Once a package is shipped, the order screen has a button that opens the TikTok shipping label for that order directly, so you don’t need to go back to Seller Center to print.

Does it sync products or listings?

No, deliberately. This is an orders-first plugin — orders, shipments and stock. Creating and editing listings stays in TikTok Seller Center, which is the tool built for it. If you want listing management too, that is a different class of plugin.

How are products matched between TikTok and WooCommerce?

By seller SKU. Your WooCommerce SKU must equal the seller SKU on the TikTok listing. Unmatched lines are still imported as placeholder items with a warning note on the order, so an order never fails to arrive just because one SKU is wrong.

Why do some SKUs get skipped during stock sync?

TikTok addresses inventory by product ID plus SKU ID, so the plugin builds a seller-SKU map from your TikTok catalogue and caches it for a day. SKUs with no TikTok match are skipped. Use Clear cached SKU map after adding new listings.

Will it create duplicate orders?

No. Imports are keyed on the TikTok order ID; repeat syncs update the status rather than duplicating. Re-running a sync over a period you have already pulled is safe.

I get “signature is invalid” — what’s wrong?

Almost always a mismatched App Key/App Secret pair. Check they are copied exactly from the same app. The plugin signs requests exactly as TikTok specifies, including excluding the access token from the signature — which is the single most common cause of this error in hand-rolled integrations — so credentials are the usual culprit.

Can I connect more than one TikTok Shop?

Not in this version — one shop per WooCommerce site. If you run several shops you would need a site per shop.

Is any of my data sent to a third party?

No. The plugin talks to TikTok’s own API endpoints using your credentials; there is no middleman service. Customer names, addresses, emails and payment details are never sent to TikTok — that data flows from TikTok into your store, not back out. Does it work with High-Performance Order Storage?

Yes — HPOS compatibility is declared and the WooCommerce order CRUD is used throughout, so it works with both legacy and high-performance order tables.

What happens if I uninstall it?

Uninstalling removes the plugin’s settings, its cached SKU map and its sync log table. Orders that were already imported stay in WooCommerce — they are ordinary orders and nothing about them depends on the plugin remaining installed.
