Description
The setup wizard connects your account and can publish a new booking page with your explicit confirmation. Show booking as a new-tab button or an optional embedded iframe. Gutenberg, shortcodes and a native Elementor widget share the same renderer. WooCommerce payments and appointment management inside WordPress are not included.
A RandevuServisi account with online booking enabled is required. The plugin is free; the external SaaS service may require a paid subscription. Customer verification, staff availability and notifications are handled by RandevuServisi. The card supports Turkish and English.

External services
This plugin connects to the RandevuServisi service at https://randevuservisi.com. No service request is sent until an administrator explicitly connects an account.
When connecting, it sends the site URL, a random installation identifier and a one-time connection code. Once connected, the WordPress server retrieves public installation configuration for rendering the booking card. Configuration is cached for 60 seconds. Disconnecting or uninstalling attempts to revoke the remote installation.
Visitors follow the booking button to RandevuServisi, where customer verification and booking take place. The plugin does not store customer or appointment records in WordPress. Only display preferences and installation credentials are stored locally. Credentials are never included in the public page.
In iframe mode the visitor’s browser contacts RandevuServisi directly, exposing normal request information such as IP address. Browser cookie restrictions may affect embedded booking; a new-tab fallback link is always provided. Only the connected site origin is allowed to frame the calendar. Adapt your privacy/cookie notice for this optional external content.

Installation
- Install and activate the randevuservisi plugin folder or ZIP.
- Open Settings > RandevuServisi and follow the link to your business dashboard.
- Generate a connection code and paste it into WordPress.
- Use the wizard to create and publish a booking page, or add the Gutenberg/Elementor widget or [randevuservisi] shortcode to an existing page. Use [randevuservisi mode=”iframe” height=”900″] to override display settings.
- Publish the page and test the booking flow as a visitor.
Your WordPress site must use HTTPS. The business account and public booking page must be active, with online booking enabled. Configure your services, staff and working hours in RandevuServisi before testing. Completing a test booking may create a real appointment and send notifications.

Is this a standalone free booking system?

No. This free plugin connects an existing RandevuServisi service account. Service subscription and notification costs depend on your plan; see the pricing link above.

Do I need Elementor?

No. You can use the Gutenberg block or [randevuservisi] shortcode without Elementor. If Elementor is installed, a native RandevuServisi widget is available.

Can I embed the calendar in my page?

Yes. Select iframe mode in the plugin settings or use [randevuservisi mode=”iframe” height=”900″]. Browser third-party cookie restrictions can affect embedded sessions; a new-tab booking link is always shown below the calendar.

Why does my connection code not work?

Connection codes expire after 10 minutes and can only be used once. Generate a new code using the business owner account and connect immediately. Do not publish connection codes or include them in support requests.

Use the public documentation at https://randevuservisi.com/docs and its contact page. Include the affected page URL and browser name, but never share passwords, connection codes or installation credentials.

Does uninstalling delete appointments?

No. Local WordPress settings are removed, but SaaS appointments remain. If the service is unreachable during uninstall, revoke the installation from your RandevuServisi dashboard.

This version supports one WordPress installation per origin. Multisite network administration is not supported. Connect staging copies separately on a different origin.
