If you JUST need to change ALT, this is a good simple plugin that adds an editable ALT tag to the Media Library image list. Edit and upon field exit, saves. No need of an additional click.

This plugin is simple and works great! For people wanting to have SEO for all image alt tags this is a must.

Tiny little plugin that will save you a ton of time if you are tagging all your images (like you should be per HTML specification, for user accessibility and for SEO). A must-download. Thanks to the dev!
