Psydasie integracja

Description

Prepare a WooCommerce product catalog in the format supported by the psydasie platform. The administration interface is available in Polish for Polish merchants.

Features include:

  • Map WooCommerce categories to psydasie categories.
  • Map global product attributes and their values.
  • Review a sample before sending data.
  • Export variations separately or as a single parent product.
  • Download a JSON file for diagnostics or manual upload.
  • Send the catalog directly to psydasie after saving an API key and explicitly confirming the upload.

The plugin does not export customer, order, or payment data.

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.0 or later.
  • PHP 7.4 or later.
  • WooCommerce 6.0 or later, installed and active.
  • A psydasie API key to upload the catalog directly from WordPress.

External services

The plugin connects to the psydasie service at https://api.psydasie.pl.

When the category tab is opened, the plugin can request category data from the public GET /integration/categories endpoint. When the attribute tab is opened, it requests data from GET /integration/attributes. If attribute mappings are configured, the plugin may request that endpoint again while validating, downloading, or uploading a catalog when the cached data has expired. Taxonomy data is cached for six hours.

Taxonomy requests do not include customer or order data. The psydasie server may receive normal connection metadata, including the store server’s IP address and the plugin version in the User-Agent header.

The catalog is sent to POST /integration/import only after a user with WooCommerce management permissions selects the upload action and explicitly confirms it. The request uses the API key stored in WordPress options. The catalog may contain:

  • Product identifiers and SKUs.
  • Product names and descriptions.
  • Prices and availability.
  • Product and image URLs.
  • Mapped categories, attributes, and attribute values.

If the available PHP memory is insufficient for a direct upload, an administrator can download the JSON file and submit it manually to POST /integration/import/file. This upload sends the same catalog data and requires an API key.

Use of the service is subject to the psydasie terms of service and psydasie privacy policy.

Privacy

The plugin does not collect telemetry or send data unrelated to the integration. It does not transmit customer, order, or payment data.

The API key, mapping settings, and recent operation history are stored in the WordPress database. The plugin options and cached psydasie taxonomy data are removed when the plugin is uninstalled. Optional export copies saved in the uploads directory are not deleted automatically.

Installation

  1. Install and activate WooCommerce.
  2. Upload the psydasie-integracja directory to /wp-content/plugins/, or install the release ZIP from the WordPress Plugins screen.
  3. Activate the plugin.
  4. Go to WooCommerce Eksport do psydasie.
  5. Map at least one WooCommerce category to a psydasie category.
  6. Optionally map product attributes and their values.
  7. Review a catalog sample on the export tab.
  8. To upload directly, save the API key in Advanced settings and confirm the upload.

FAQ

Is an API key required?

An API key is not required for mapping, previews, or downloading a JSON file. It is required only when uploading the catalog to psydasie.

Does the plugin send customer or order data?

No. The export contains product catalog data only.

Does the plugin delete products in WooCommerce or psydasie?

The plugin never deletes or modifies WooCommerce product records. Partial synchronization leaves omitted psydasie products unchanged. Full synchronization may mark omitted products as deleted in psydasie. Use full synchronization only when the export contains the complete catalog intended for synchronization.

What if a direct upload needs more PHP memory?

The plugin stops a direct upload if PHP does not have enough available memory to prepare the request safely. Download the JSON file from the Advanced tab and submit it through POST /integration/import/file, for example:

curl -X POST https://api.psydasie.pl/integration/import/file -H "X-Api-Key: YOUR_API_KEY" -F "file=@psydasie-export.json"

Where is an optional export copy stored?

When enabled, a copy is saved in the psydasie subdirectory of the WordPress uploads directory. It contains no API key or customer data, but may be publicly accessible if the web server exposes uploaded files.

Is the administration interface available in Polish?

Yes. The plugin is designed for Polish stores, and its administration interface is in Polish.
