Description
PilotLane Social Catalog Sync for WooCommerce connects your WooCommerce catalog to the WooPilot cloud hub. After you sync products (and optionally orders), the same data can be used in the merchant admin app and connected sales channels (for example Telegram, Bale, and Meta messaging features provided by WooPilot).
This plugin does not call social-network APIs directly from WordPress. It securely sends catalog and order data to your WooPilot hub over HTTPS using an API key you create in the WooPilot app.

افزونه پایلوت‌لین (محصولی از تیم ووپایلوت – WooPilot) راهکار یکپارچه‌سازی و اتصال ووکامرس به اینستاگرام، تلگرام، بله و شبکه‌های اجتماعی است.
با استفاده از این افزونه:
* ارسال خودکار محصولات به اینستاگرام و تلگرام: کاتالوگ فروشگاه شامل عکس، دسته‌بندی، قیمت، متغیرها و موجودی انبار با هاب ابری هماهنگ شده و در ابزارهای فروش شبکه‌های اجتماعی در دسترس قرار می‌گیرد.
* همگام‌سازی لحظه‌ای موجودی و قیمت: با هر بار ویرایش محصول یا ثبت سفارش، موجودی انبار و قیمت‌ها به‌روزرسانی می‌شوند تا از خطای اتمام موجودی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی جلوگیری شود.
* هماهنگی سفارش‌ها: سفارش‌های مشتریان جهت پردازش و ارسال به صورت یکپارچه منتقل می‌شوند.
برای فعال‌سازی و اتصال، دریافت کلید API از پنل کاربری در woopilot.me مورد نیاز است.
External service
This plugin requires a WooPilot account and sends data to the hub URL you configure (default: https://back.woopilot.me).
Data that may be transmitted:
- Product catalog: titles, descriptions, images URLs, categories, attributes, SKUs, prices, stock
- Site URL and sync timestamps
- When order sync is used: order totals, line items, and customer PII (name, email, phone, billing/shipping address)

Do not install this plugin together with the branded “WooPilot” zip from the app on the same site; both register the same inbound REST routes.

Installation
- Install WooCommerce if it is not already active.
- In WordPress go to Plugins Add New, search for “PilotLane Social Catalog Sync for WooCommerce”, and install it (or upload the plugin zip).
- Activate the plugin.
- Create an API key and copy the Hub URL from your WooPilot account (https://woopilot.me).
- Open Catalog Sync in the WordPress admin, paste Hub URL and API Key, save, then click Test connection.
- Run Sync products (and Sync orders if you need historical orders).

Do I need a WooPilot account?

Yes. The plugin is a connector to the WooPilot hub. Free or paid plans depend on your WooPilot subscription.

No. It syncs your WooCommerce catalog to WooPilot. Channel features (messaging, social selling tools, etc.) are provided by WooPilot after the catalog is available in the hub—not by calling those APIs from this plugin.

What personal data is sent?

Product sync sends catalog data only. Order sync also sends customer name, email, phone, and addresses so you can fulfill and message customers from connected channels. See the Privacy Policy linked above.

Yes. Use the Hub URL field. It must be HTTPS.
