OyeBot is an AI chatbot built for small businesses: restaurants, clinics, hair salons, garages, academies — any business that answers the same customer questions every day.
The assistant replies instantly, 24/7, using your own business information (opening hours, prices, services, menu) and your tone of voice. It is not a button menu: it is real conversational AI, like ChatGPT, but grounded in your data. The product interface and the assistant are Spanish-first, and the assistant also answers in other languages when your customers write in them.

How this plugin works
The plugin puts the OyeBot chat widget on your site. Activate it, click Connect, sign in (or create a free account) at oyebot.es, and you come back already connected. No code, no theme editing.

External service
This plugin embeds the OyeBot chat widget, a script served from oyebot.es. When a visitor uses the chat, their messages are sent to the OyeBot service (operated by OyeBot, Spain) to generate the assistant’s answers on behalf of the site owner. No data is sent until the visitor interacts with the chat.
When you use the Connect button, the plugin sends you to oyebot.es to sign in and confirm this site (it transmits your site URL and a random one-time token), and then verifies that token server-to-server before storing your business ID. No data is sent from your site’s visitors until they use the chat.

Installation
- Install and activate the plugin. WordPress opens the OyeBot screen automatically.
- Click Crear cuenta gratis y conectar (or Ya tengo cuenta). You’ll sign in at oyebot.es, confirm the connection for this site, and come back already connected.
- That’s it — the chat bubble appears on your site immediately.
Prefer to do it by hand? Paste your business ID in Settings OyeBot (find it in your OyeBot dashboard under Configuración Canales Widget web).

Do I need an OyeBot account?

Yes. Create one for free at oyebot.es — the free plan needs no card and includes the website widget with 50 conversations a month.

Does it work with WhatsApp?

Yes. Connect your WhatsApp Business number from the OyeBot panel (available from the Básico plan) and the same assistant answers both on your site and on WhatsApp. You can keep using your WhatsApp Business app as usual.

Does the chatbot speak Spanish?

Spanish is its main language, and it answers in whatever language your customer writes in — the reply language follows the visitor, not your settings.

Will it slow down my site?

No. The script is about 4 KB gzipped, loads with
deferand never blocks your page from rendering. -
What data is sent to OyeBot?

Nothing until a visitor types in the chat. From then on their messages are sent to oyebot.es to generate the replies. Details in the data processing information.
