OrderPiqr turns any smartphone or barcode scanner into a professional order-picking device for your WooCommerce store.
Stop picking orders from paper lists or a laptop screen in the warehouse. With OrderPiqr, new WooCommerce orders appear on your pickers’ devices automatically. Each item is confirmed with a barcode scan, so mis-picks are caught before the parcel leaves the building — not after an angry customer email.
How it works
- A customer places an order in your WooCommerce store.
- The order appears in OrderPiqr instantly — no manual export, no copy-paste.
- Your picker walks the warehouse and scans each product’s barcode. Wrong item? OrderPiqr blocks it on the spot.
- When the order is fully picked, OrderPiqr writes the fulfilment status back to WooCommerce automatically.

This plugin is the official connector: it links your store to your OrderPiqr account. After connecting, order data flows server-to-server via standard WooCommerce webhooks and the WooCommerce REST API — the plugin itself stays out of the way and simply shows your connection status.
External services
This plugin connects your store to the OrderPiqr service (app.orderpiqr.nl), operated by OrderPiqr. Without this connection the plugin has no purpose; no data is sent before you explicitly click Connect.
What is sent, and when:
- When you click Connect on the settings page, the plugin sends to
https://app.orderpiqr.nl: your one-time connection key, your store URL and store name, freshly generated WooCommerce REST API credentials (created specifically for OrderPiqr), and your WordPress/WooCommerce/plugin version numbers. - While connected, the settings page requests the connection status (orders synced, products linked, last event) from
https://app.orderpiqr.nl, at most once per minute. - When you disconnect or uninstall the plugin, a disconnect notification is sent so OrderPiqr closes the connection and removes its webhooks.
What OrderPiqr then accesses: using the WooCommerce REST API credentials, OrderPiqr registers webhooks on your store and reads orders and products in order to build picking lists, and writes fulfilment status back to orders. OrderPiqr does not store customer personal data — picking works on order numbers, products and quantities.
The plugin contains no tracking, analytics or advertising and makes no other external requests.

Installation
- Create a free OrderPiqr account at app.orderpiqr.nl.
- In the OrderPiqr portal, generate a one-time WooCommerce connection key.
- Install and activate this plugin (Plugins Add New search for “OrderPiqr”).
- Go to WooCommerce OrderPiqr, paste the connection key and click Connect.
- That’s it — orders now flow into OrderPiqr automatically and picked statuses are written back.
Requirements: WordPress 6.0+, PHP 7.4+, WooCommerce 8.0+, and a store that is reachable from the internet (localhost sites cannot connect).

Does it work with any barcode scanner?

Yes. OrderPiqr runs in the browser on any device. Use a dedicated handheld scanner (USB, Bluetooth or built-in), or simply the camera of any smartphone or tablet — no special hardware required.

Yes. You can create an account and connect your store for free. Paid plans exist for higher order volumes and larger teams.

Does it support HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage)?

Yes. The plugin declares full compatibility with WooCommerce custom order tables, and OrderPiqr talks to your store exclusively through the official WooCommerce REST API and webhooks.

What happens when I disconnect or uninstall?

The plugin notifies OrderPiqr so the connection is closed, deletes the WooCommerce REST API key it created, and removes all of its data from your database.
