  1. Upload the Orderable zip via the \’Plugins\’ menu in WordPress, or upload the Orderable folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.

Does Orderable charge a percentage of each order?

One of the benefits of using Orderable is you are not charged additional fees on each transaction, unlike other ordering systems.

Will Orderable work with my page builder?

Orderable will work with all page builders. You simply create your ordering layout and use the provided shortcode in your page builder. Orderable also provides a native Gutenberg Block.

Can I install Orderable on my client’s websites?

Yes, you certainly can, however, your client won’t have direct access to our support. All support requests would need to come from you as the license purchaser.

What is required to use Orderable?

Orderable integrates with WordPress and uses WooCommerce for the checkout. So you will need a hosting account with WordPress and WooCommerce installed.

What payment gateways does Orderable support?

This is where Orderable is a solution for everyone. Any payment gateway for WooCommerce will work with Orderable.

Does Orderable work with WIX or SquareSpace?

Orderable only works with WordPress right now.

Do you have a public roadmap so I can see what you are planning?

You can access our roadmap and feature request board via the account area after purchasing Pro. We don’t currently have a public-facing roadmap.

Will Orderable work with my theme?

Great question. While we haven’t tested every WordPress theme, Orderable was designed to work with all themes. If you do run into any issues with your theme, our support will be happy to get it resolved for you.

Is there a Pro version of Orderable?

Glad you asked! Orderable Pro is an optional add-on to Orderable that adds additional revenue increasing features.

The first section is the lack of the Spanish language, the most widely spoken language in the world. The way to translate it is through the "Loco Translate" plugin. The attention of the Orderable team is extraordinary and always ready to help you. The second problem is the inability to delete fields in the checkout section. If you sell in a town, why do you need country and postal code? This plugin has a great future. It is worth paying for this great product.

I have had arguments with the support even before I bought the plugin. Because the product cost was 249 usd for 1 website license. We made a quotation for our client with the costs calculated in. After 2 weeks the client excepts our quotation and we decided to purchase the plugin. So we go to and see that the plugin has almost 3x their price. I got in contact with the support to see if they can come up with a solution. But they disagreed and told me I have to pay the full amount of 599 usd. Because, the 249 was a beta version. After a lot of mails sent we decided to take our lose and pay 599 for the plugin and let our client pay 249 for it.... It now 2 month since we are using orderable and there have been a lot of bugs so far!! First of all I had issues where people were unable to fill in the time they want to pick up the order. So, again I came in contact with the support, but it took them 3 days to respond. And tell me I have to open a ticket with the technical support... This took again 2 days for them to respond. Luckily, there where able to fix this issue. One week later I had again a problem. After an orderable update the entire mobile menu layout was broken. I hit up the technical support team so they can fix the issue. After 2 days they told me I had to turn of all the plugin.... If I had not tried that already -_____-. I responded instantly, but it took again 2 days for them to come up with another solution. They gave me some custom code to fix the problem. I have added the custom code, but the layout is still not working right. It's now 2 weeks later, and they still have not fixed the issue with an update..... I regret spending so much money and time on this plugin. And worst of all our client is not happy because of the bad working ordering system...

I really like where this plugin is going. The possibilities are endless. Regular updates have already made Orderable much better during the last 6 months, can't wait to see how good it gets during the next year or two! Also, special thanks to the support team which has helped me a lot with some of the issues I've had. Keep up the good work!

Really loving Orderable. What a beautiful plugin to work along with Woocommerce in order to accept pickup or delivery orders. Easy to configure, quick support and with many many things in the roadmap. THanks for an outstanding product to make sales online super easy 🤗

The way for adding products with options is very good! Just press add to cart and the product options or cross sells appear! Works great on mobile. Developer is very responsive to questions and I love where this plug-in is going! Keep up the good development.
