When I Enabled The Plugin, All The Content In Admin Except The Top Bar And The Left Menu Disappeared.

Awesome plugin that does what it says and helps with improving my pagespeed score :-).
One minor improvement would be to add @2x support - the avatars are noticeably blurry on retina screens... but I'll still give this 5 stars!
