Main features:
- Save Contact Form 7 submissions to a dedicated database table.

This plugin does not send inquiry data to external services. Email notifications use the site’s normal WordPress mail delivery.
Privacy
This plugin stores personal data submitted through Contact Form 7, including mapped fields such as name, email address, telephone number, inquiry content, raw submission data, and optional attachment metadata/files.
Site administrators can delete inquiry records and can configure a retention period. CSV export is restricted by capability. The plugin does not transmit personal data to third-party services by itself. Email notifications may include personal data and are sent only to recipients configured by the site administrator.
Installation
- Upload the
nova-jyo-inquiryfolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
- Open
問い合わせ管理 > 基本設定. - Select managed Contact Form 7 forms and configure field mappings.
- Configure assignee groups, statuses, priorities, notification settings, and automatic routing rules as needed.

Yes. Contact Form 7 is a required plugin. This plugin captures submissions from Contact Form 7.

Are form field names fixed?

No. Administrators map each Contact Form 7 field to standard inquiry fields such as name, email, telephone, inquiry type, shop name, subject, and message.

Where are attachments stored?

If attachment saving is enabled, uploaded files are copied to
wp-content/uploads/nova-jyo-inquiries/. Download links in the admin screen check nonce and inquiry access permissions. -
Does this plugin provide Slack, Chatwork, LINE WORKS, webhook, or AI features?

No. Those integrations are not included in this MVP.
