Installation
- Upload the plugin folder to
/wp-content/plugins/ - Activate through the Plugins menu in WordPress
- Go to WooCommerce Waitlist Settings to configure
- The form appears automatically on out-of-stock products

Yes. The waitlist form appears on variable products when a variation is out of stock.
