nodd helps small businesses meet DPDP obligations: an itemised privacy notice, a consent banner and a record of every choice.
This plugin connects a WordPress or WooCommerce site to nodd:
- Adds the nodd consent banner to every page, before any tracker loads.
- Holds back Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity and similar tags until the visitor agrees, and sends Google Consent Mode v2 signals.
- Points the site’s privacy policy link (footer, registration, checkout privacy text) to your nodd Privacy Center.

External services
This plugin is the WordPress side of the nodd service and does nothing until you enter a site key from your nodd account.
- On every front-end page, visitors’ browsers load the banner script (
/w.js) and its settings (business name and notice version) from your nodd address (default https://nodd.in). When a visitor makes a choice, the banner sends nodd a random visitor id, the notice version and the choices made. No name, email or IP address is stored by nodd. - On the plugin’s settings page, your server requests the same settings once to show whether the site key is connected. Only the site key is sent.

Installation
- Publish your privacy notice in the nodd console.
- Install and activate this plugin.
- Go to Settings > nodd, enter your site key from the console’s Consent page, and save.
