Description

Create Quota Policies for tracking and recording your user’s publishing record to keep your blog publishing in a timely fashion.

  • Roster View – See your quota groups users and their quotas. Get notifications for missed due dates and send reminders to those about to miss due date.

  • Multiple Quotas – Create and manage multiple quotas for your writers. Have multiple editors keep track of who is posting what and when.

  • Quota History – View and keep track of current and past quotas on the roster page. Keep as little as 5 records per user to unlimited.

  • Notifications – Send notifications for reminders of quotas due and reports to editors on who missed their quota.

Installation

To install visit the Plugins section on your site and search for “My Quota”, install and activate. You can also download the .zip file from this plugin page and upload to your site to install and activate.

FAQ

Do I need to have additional plugins like Edit Flow for My Quota to work?

No, everything you need to track users is already with the plugin.

Some of my users require different published posts, can I have multiple quota groups?

Yes, there is no limit to the types of post types, post statuses, and the amount of users for quota groups. You can even have multiple users belong to multiple but separate quota requirements.

Do I need a Dropstr account to use My Quota?

No, no account nor activation is required.
