Mivídeo Geo Audit Content

Description

Mivídeo Geo Audit Content helps editors review WordPress content before publication or during content updates. It provides three editorial indicators:

  • GEO Score evaluates structure, semantic coverage, entities, answer readiness, and scanability.
  • EEAT Score reviews authorship, author biography, dates, experience signals, sources, transparency, and appropriate warnings.
  • Citation Score identifies numbers, comparisons, absolute statements, vague authority claims, and other passages that may need a source or additional context.

The scores are editorial guidance. They do not guarantee visibility in AI Overviews, search engines, or generative systems. The plugin does not rewrite or publish content automatically.

Main features

  • Audits posts and pages created with the WordPress block editor or other editors that store their content in the standard WordPress content field.
  • Supports Gutenberg and the Classic Editor metabox workflow.
  • Uses local rules even when no AI provider is configured.
  • Optionally adds semantic analysis through the WordPress AI Client on WordPress 7.0+.
  • Optionally connects to OpenAI-compatible APIs, Google Gemini, or Anthropic with an administrator-provided API key.
  • Detects or manually selects eight content profiles: informational article, tutorial, review, comparison, local SEO, service page, list/ranking, and news.
  • Shows GEO, EEAT, and Citation columns in post and page lists.
  • Includes a dashboard with averages, high-performing content, improvement priorities, and unaudited content.
  • Reuses saved results when content has not changed.
  • Uses adaptive request timeouts from 30 to 120 seconds according to the amount of text sent to the AI provider.
  • Limits the text sent to AI while keeping local checks based on the complete content.
  • Stores plugin metadata with the _mivgeo_ prefix.

Support

For help with the plugin, use the WordPress.org support forum or contact us at contato@mivideo.com.br.

Supported editors

This directory version audits the title and content stored by WordPress. It supports Gutenberg, the Classic Editor, and compatible editors that save content to the standard post_content field.

Elementor-specific extraction and the Elementor editor panel are not included in this version.

AI modes

The plugin can work in four modes:

  1. Automatic: uses the native WordPress AI Client when available, then an external API if configured.
  2. WordPress native AI only: available on WordPress 7.0+ when an AI provider is configured in WordPress.
  3. External API only: uses the provider and API key selected by the administrator.
  4. Local rules only: performs no external AI request.

AI analysis is optional. Local scoring remains available without an account, API key, or external service.

External services

The plugin can connect to external artificial intelligence services only after an administrator selects an AI-enabled mode and manually starts an audit.

Depending on the selected provider, the plugin may send the post title, content excerpt limited by the configured character limit, headings, categories, author name and biography, publication and modification dates, links, and editorial signals required for the audit. The plugin does not send content merely because an editor screen was opened.

OpenAI or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint

Used when the administrator selects OpenAI/compatible and provides an API key. Requests are sent when an authorized user starts an audit.

  • Terms: https://openai.com/policies/terms-of-use/
  • Privacy policy: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/

When a custom compatible endpoint is entered, that endpoint is operated by a third party. The site administrator is responsible for reviewing that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

Google Gemini API

Used when the administrator selects Google Gemini and provides an API key. Requests are sent when an authorized user starts an audit.

  • Terms: https://ai.google.dev/terms
  • Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Anthropic API

Used when the administrator selects Anthropic and provides an API key. Requests are sent when an authorized user starts an audit.

  • Commercial terms: https://www.anthropic.com/legal/commercial-terms
  • Privacy policy: https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy

WordPress AI Client

On WordPress 7.0+, the plugin can use the AI Client and the provider configured by the site administrator in WordPress. Data is sent to the selected provider only when an authorized user starts an audit. The applicable terms and privacy policy depend on the connector and provider configured on that WordPress site.

Privacy

The plugin stores the latest scores, detected or selected content type, score breakdown, recommendations, entities, claim signals, audit date, provider, model, and a content fingerprint in the WordPress database.

An external API key may be stored in WordPress options unless it is defined with one of the supported wp-config.php constants. Administrators can enable deletion of plugin settings and audit metadata when the plugin is uninstalled.

  • MIVGEO_ANTHROPIC_API_KEY

FAQ

Does the plugin guarantee inclusion in Google AI Overviews?

No. The scores are editorial indicators and do not guarantee visibility, ranking, citation, or inclusion in any search or generative system.

Does it work without artificial intelligence?

Yes. Local rules calculate all three scores and provide recommendations. Optional AI analysis adds deeper semantic, entity, and claim review.

Does it change my posts or pages?

No. It only analyzes content and displays guidance. It does not edit, publish, or rewrite content automatically.

Does this version support Elementor?

No. This directory version audits WordPress content stored in the standard post content field and does not include Elementor-specific extraction or an Elementor editor panel.

Does it require another SEO plugin?

No. Mivídeo Geo Audit Content works independently and stores its own audit metadata.

When is content sent to an external service?

Only when an authorized user manually starts an audit and an AI-enabled mode is selected. Local rules mode does not send content externally.

What happens when an AI request times out?

The local audit is preserved. The user can keep the local result or try the AI analysis again.
