External Services

This plugin can send WooCommerce data to Zapier when the Zapier integration is configured and enabled by the site administrator.

When Zapier integration is used, the plugin sends the configured WooCommerce data to the Zapier webhook URL entered by the administrator. Zapier processes the data and can forward it to other services configured in the user’s Zapier account. The data sent depends on the fields selected in the plugin’s field mapping and integration settings.

Zapier is an external service and is not required for the custom CRM/API integration features. Please review Zapier’s policies before using this integration:

Installation

  1. Upload the plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install it directly via the WordPress Plugins admin screen.
  2. Activate the plugin from the ‘Plugins’ menu in your WordPress admin dashboard.
  3. Navigate to the new MIPL CRM menu in your dashboard and configure your API/CRM connection endpoints and authentication credentials.
  4. Go to the Mapping section to map your core WooCommerce fields (Products, Orders, Customers, or Coupons) to your external CRM parameters.
  5. Save your settings and use the built-in CRM Test Tool to verify that data flows correctly from WooCommerce to your CRM.
