Installation

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

  1. Upload minimum-viable-sharing-meta to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
  3. Navigate to the “Sharing Meta Tags” menu item underneath the “Appearance” main tab and set your defaults.
  4. Set any individual posts or pages.

What’s this all about?

Meta tags are a pain. And there are a lot of them. So this plugins boils it down to just the minimum tags required to “work”.
