Microed QRMob

Description

Microed QRMob turns any property into a QR code plate. Register your clients (users), add properties for each one and generate a plate whose QR code opens a public page with photos, details and a contact form — perfect for putting on fences, signs and sale boards.

Manage everything from WordPress

  • Users — register the people you sell for: name, email, phone and plan.
  • Properties — title, type, purpose, price, area, rooms, bathrooms, parking, address and description.
  • Photos — attach as many photos as you want for each property.
  • Plates — every property gets a public page with a friendly URL and a QR code to print on the plate.
  • Views and leads — track how many times each plate was seen and collect visitor contacts by email.
  • Admin dashboard — totals of users, properties, active plates, leads and views across your whole site.

Public page

The QR code opens a clean, mobile-friendly page with a photo gallery, specs, address, price and a contact form. Visitors send their message directly to the property owner by email.

QRMob Pro add-on

The QRMob Pro add-on adds phone/WhatsApp contact buttons, highlighted (“featured”) listings with priority in the catalog and property videos (YouTube) to your site. The free version registers as many properties as you need, with no limits.

Where is your data stored?

Your data lives in your own WordPress database, in tables with the qrm_ prefix (for example wp_qrm_users). There is no cloud storage and no lock-in: uninstalling the plugin removes the data if you want. The only data that leaves your site is what you choose to send through the optional Google Maps features described in the “External services” section below.

Localization

The plugin is fully internationalized and translation-ready. The interface is available in English, Portuguese (Brazilian) and Spanish — Portuguese and Spanish translations are included with the plugin, while additional translations are managed through translate.wordpress.org and distributed automatically by the standard WordPress translation update system.

External services

This plugin can use services provided by Google and offers share/contact links to third-party messaging and social networks. No data is transmitted automatically: each service below only receives data when you enable the related feature or when a visitor uses it, as described.

Google Maps — map embed on the public page

When a property has coordinates and the “Show map” option is enabled, the public property page loads a Google Maps map in an iframe. Each time a visitor opens that page, the property coordinates and the visitor’s browser information are sent to Google to display the map. This uses the free Google Maps embed endpoint and does not require an API key.

Google Maps — Geocoding API (optional)

If the site administrator adds a Google Maps API key in the QRMob settings screen, the plugin sends the property address to the Google Maps Geocoding API to obtain the latitude and longitude used by the map above. This happens in the WordPress dashboard, each time a property that has an address is saved. No address data is stored by Google.

Messaging and social networks — share and contact links

The administration screen provides “Share” buttons that open the property’s public page in WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn. Sharing only happens when the user clicks the button, and it opens the service in the visitor’s own browser; the plugin itself does not send the data. With the optional QRMob Pro add-on, WhatsApp contact buttons on the public page work the same way.
