Description
Set wholesale prices for FluentCart products and variations, then assign the Wholesale Customer role to selected users. The plugin applies those prices to the product page, cart, checkout, and order flow.
This free WordPress.org plugin is for FluentCart store owners who need role based B2B pricing. It does not add a subscription, send analytics, or transmit store or customer data to an external service.
This plugin is an independent third-party extension for FluentCart and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the FluentCart team.

- WordPress 6.6 or later.
- PHP 8.1 or later.
- FluentCart Free 1.6.6 or later with its product variation model available.
Privacy
MegalogicStudio Wholesale Pricing does not send data to external services and does not include tracking or telemetry. Product prices are stored as WordPress product metadata.
Known Limitations
- Compatibility tests cover WordPress 7.1.2 with FluentCart Free 1.6.6, and WordPress 7.1.3 with FluentCart Free 1.7.0. Other FluentCart versions at or above 1.6.6 are untested and show an administrator warning; they are not automatically disabled.
- Full page cache and third party CDN configurations must vary or bypass logged-in wholesale pages; universal compatibility is not claimed.
- Custom themes, custom checkout templates, and other FluentCart versions have not been tested.
- The plugin provides role based pricing only. Quantity tiers, approvals, quotes, and payment terms are not included.
Installation
- Install and activate FluentCart Free 1.6.6 or later.
- Upload and activate MegalogicStudio Wholesale Pricing for FluentCart.
- Edit a product and enter wholesale prices in the Wholesale prices panel.
- Edit a WordPress user and assign the Wholesale Customer role.

How do I enable wholesale pricing for a customer?

What happens when the required integration is inactive or another version is installed?

Versions below 1.6.6, or an installation without the required FluentCart product model, are unsupported and wholesale price filters remain paused. A newer version that has not been tested shows an administrator warning, but the integration remains active while the required model is available.

Which FluentCart versions have been tested?

FluentCart Free 1.6.6 and 1.7.0 have been tested. Other versions at or above 1.6.6 are untested; verify product, cart, checkout, and order totals on a staging store before relying on them.

Does MegalogicStudio Wholesale Pricing collect or transmit site or customer data?

No. The plugin does not include analytics, telemetry, or external tracking.

Does it work with every page cache or CDN?

No universal cache compatibility is claimed. Since wholesale and retail visitors see different prices, configure full page caches to bypass or vary cached product and cart pages for logged-in users. Third-party CDN behavior has not been tested.
