This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.



Meemi in WordPress can:

  • Widget: Display your meme on sidebar of your blog
  • Meemi Post: Send your blog’s post and updates to Meemi
  • Meemi Comment: Display post’s comments (on Meemi) on post’s page (require Meemi Post)
  • Meemi Content: Put meme in your blog’s post with a Shortcode like: [meemi_content url=”URL OF MEME”]

Meemi in WordPress is very configurable.

Meemi Comment have two CSS file (white, black) in the directory’s plugin to display the output. Obviously, no one can adapt to all circumstances, but it is a starting point.

  1. Upload meemi_in_wordpress directory in /wp-content/plugins/
  2. Activate the plugin
  3. On options page ‘Meemi in WordPress’ set-up the plugin
  4. On widget page put the ‘Meemi in WordPress’ widget in the sidebar
  5. Activate Meemi post
  6. Activate Meemi comment ( IMPORTANT: Meemi comment require Meemi post! )
  7. Insert this code: on your single.php template’s file where you wuold to be appear Meemi’s comments of your post.
  8. Insert this code: on your index.php template’s file where you wuold to be appear Meemi’s number of comments of your post.
