Description

MAXPOS Integration bridges WooCommerce to your POS and restaurant-management stack via the POS transport integration API.

This plugin offers a robust integration solution that includes:

• Product Management

  • Import of organization, terminals, and nomenclature (categories, goods, and dishes)
  • Support for product categories and attributes
  • Manual product updates and synchronization

• Order Processing

  • Manual export of orders (deliveries or kitchen orders)
  • Support for one organization and one terminal per website
  • Support for multiple delivery methods

• Payment Integration

  • Support for various payment types
  • Integration with WooCommerce payment gateways
  • Custom payment method handling

• Location Management

  • Import of cities and streets
  • Delivery zone management
  • Address validation and verification

More advanced integrations (heavy automation across multiple organizations/locations and extended checkout tooling) ship in the companion MAXPOS Integration Pro add-on that is downloaded separately from the author’s site—not from the WordPress.org plugin directory snapshot of this codebase.

External services

This plugin uses the following external services to function:

1. iiko Cloud API / Syrve API

   • Purpose: This is the core Point of Sale (POS) and restaurant management API that the plugin connects to. It is used to import your restaurant’s categories, products, modifiers, cities, and streets into WooCommerce, and to export your customers’ orders back to the POS system.
   • Service URLs: https://api-ru.iiko.services/docs (for iiko Cloud) or https://api-eu.syrve.live/docs (for Syrve API).
   • Terms & Privacy:
     • iiko: Privacy Policy, License agreement (offer)
     • Syrve: Privacy Policy, Terms of Service

2. Telegram (Bot API)

   • Purpose: If you configure a Telegram bot under WooCommerce -> Settings -> MAXPOS Integration -> General, the site may send operational notices through the Telegram Bot API.
   • Service URL: https://api.telegram.org/ (Telegram Bot API when notifications are enabled).
   • Terms & Privacy: Telegram Terms of Service, Telegram Privacy Policy

Requirements

1. WooCommerce: The plugin requires WooCommerce to be installed and activated.
2. API Configuration: The apiLogin setting must be configured in WooCommerce -> Settings -> MAXPOS Integration -> General.
