Mail2Admins

For something so simple, you’d *think* this kind of thing would be in WP Core! As it’s not – this plugin appears to fill that niche need. There are tons of other ways to do this – using functions.php, email forwarders, etc. but, in my case, I wanted something easy enough for my client to use and it did the job. I would have given it 5 stars but the documentation is sorely lacking. In case you pop in here to see if anyone mentions it, here’s what’s missing: After activation you’ll have a ‘Mail2Admins’ menu item in the left panel of the Dashboard Next to ‘Enable Mail2Admins’, toggle it to ‘on’. Select admin(s) in the ‘Select Administrators’ field by typing their email address – it will auto-complete the address for any admins found, then click on the admin from the list. Enable the Subject Filter if you need it and enter the subject terms you want forwarded (any email without at least one of the subject terms will not be forwarded.) Click ‘Save Settings’ Click ‘Send Test’ under ‘Select Administrators’, then check those email addresses to ensure you’re getting the test email. NOTE! You MUST ‘Save Settings’ before doing the send test!

This plugin is a game changer! Mail2Admins automatically routes all important emails to the right admins without any manual setup. It’s super lightweight and does exactly what it promises. I tested it on multiple setups and it works flawlessly. Kudos to the developer for such a thoughtful solution keep up the great work
