Loop Formation

Description

Loop Formation connects a WordPress website to a Loop training management platform (https://loop-formations.fr), used by training organizations to manage courses, sessions, learners, satisfaction surveys and quality compliance.

Satisfaction rate

Display the satisfaction rate computed from the satisfaction surveys answered in Loop — the same figure as in your Loop dashboards. Five layouts (card, gauge, badge, key-figures strip, per-criterion breakdown), with period, audience, colors and texts you can adjust.

Loop forms, without iframes

Forms are built directly in the page with native fields, so they inherit your theme’s font, colors, inputs and buttons. Multi-step forms, signature, file uploads, star ratings, scales and tables are supported. Answers are sent to Loop and trigger exactly what a form filled in on Loop triggers (lead creation, registration, notification emails).

Course catalog

A searchable, filterable list of courses, detailed course pages, upcoming sessions, online registration and downloadable programme (PDF), all on a single page of your site. What is displayed follows exactly the options checked in your Loop catalog. Readable URLs and structured data for search engines.

Featured courses

Show a selection of courses from your catalog on any page: home, landing page, article. Eight layouts (grid, compact cards, large cards, list, banner, featured + secondary, carousel, buttons), placed where the block is, at the top or bottom of the page, or in the sidebar. Each card opens the course page of your catalog page. With the classic editor or a page builder, a “Courses on this page” box offers the same settings with a live preview.

Requirements

A Loop platform account with administrator rights, to authorize the connection. The plugin does nothing on its own without a Loop platform.

External services

This plugin connects to your organization’s Loop platform (the address you enter in the plugin settings, for example https://your-organization.loop-formations.fr). This service is required: all the information displayed by the plugin comes from it.

What is sent, and when:

• Connection (once, by an administrator): the administrator is redirected to the Loop platform to authorize the site (OAuth 2). The site’s address is sent so that Loop can display it on the authorization screen and redirect back. Loop returns access tokens, stored in the site’s database.
• Displaying information (when a page with a Loop block is viewed and the local cache has expired): the site’s server requests the satisfaction rate, catalog, course or form structure from Loop. No visitor data is sent.
• Form submission (when a visitor submits a Loop form): the answers typed by the visitor, the files they attach, the visitor’s IP address (for abuse limiting and traceability) and the URL of the page are sent to Loop, where they are stored like any answer to a Loop form.
• Programme download (when a visitor clicks “Download the programme”): the site’s server requests the PDF from Loop and keeps a copy for 12 hours.

No request is made to any other third-party service. No tracking or analytics is performed.
