Your front desk. Right in your pocket. LeMoulin Front Desk for MotoPress Hotel Booking gives independent accommodation owners and reception staff a focused, mobile-first view of today’s arrivals, current stays, departures, room occupancy and upcoming bookings.

It works with MotoPress Hotel Booking Lite and Premium and reads booking data through MotoPress’s own entities and repositories. The app is strictly read-only: it never modifies bookings, payments, rooms or MotoPress settings.

Privacy

LeMoulin Front Desk for MotoPress Hotel Booking displays data already stored by MotoPress Hotel Booking. It does not transmit booking or guest data to Le Moulin Bold Plugins and does not create its own booking database. REST responses containing booking information use private, no-store caching headers. No booking or guest data is cached for offline use.

Installation

Install and activate MotoPress Hotel Booking Lite or Premium.
Upload and activate LeMoulin Front Desk for MotoPress Hotel Booking.
Open Le Moulin Plugins in the WordPress admin menu and choose Front Desk.

That is all. Administrators can use Front Desk immediately. For reception staff, assign MotoPress’s existing Hotel Manager role to their WordPress user. LeMoulin Front Desk does not create a duplicate hotel role.

FAQ

Does it work with MotoPress Hotel Booking Lite?: Yes. LeMoulin Front Desk for MotoPress Hotel Booking supports both the Lite and Premium editions of MotoPress Hotel Booking.
Do I need to configure anything?: No. The plugin uses your existing MotoPress accommodations, bookings, currency and WordPress timezone automatically.
Can Front Desk change a booking?: No. LeMoulin Front Desk for MotoPress Hotel Booking is strictly read-only. It cannot create, edit, cancel or delete a booking and cannot record a payment.
Who can see guest information?: Only authenticated WordPress administrators and users with MotoPress’s Hotel Manager role. Every Front Desk data request checks a dedicated permission.
Is guest information stored on the phone?: No. Booking responses are marked private and no-store. The service worker intentionally has no fetch cache, so guest and booking information is not available offline.
What happens when MotoPress is missing or inactive?: Front Desk shows administrators a clear installation or update action. Other users are asked to contact a site administrator. It does not produce a broken or blank app.
