Layers 13th Month Pay Calculator – Philippines

Description

Give clients and employees a working 13th-month pay calculation on your own website. Add one block or shortcode. The visitor enters the basic salary earned during the year and the workbook recalculates in the page — no spreadsheet download and no sign-in required.

This focused plugin is for Philippine accounting firms, payroll providers, HR consultants, employers and salary-information publishers preparing for the year-end payment season. Department of Labor and Employment guidance says covered private-sector employers must pay 13th-month pay no later than December 24. The minimum is generally one-twelfth of total basic salary earned during the calendar year. The workbook helps with the arithmetic; it is not legal, tax or payroll advice.

Attribution and the optional 30% affiliate share

Every frame includes an anonymous channel mark in the form from=wp-13th-<your-domain>. It lets Layers count opens and starts for this plugin without sending visitor contact details to the website owner.

If you have a Layers affiliate code, enter it in Settings → 13th Month Pay Calculator. The plugin adds that eight-character code to the frame as ref. If one of those visitors later becomes a paying Layers customer, the affiliate receives 30% of that payment under the Layers affiliate program. The affiliate does not receive the visitor’s name, email, workbook or other contact details.

The plugin does not add a separate public “Powered by” credit link.

This plugin embeds a calculator served by Layers (https://layers.md), an online office suite.

• What is loaded and when: a page containing the block or shortcode loads a frame from https://app.layers.md/t/13th-month-pay-computation-2026 when the visitor scrolls near it. Editing, recalculation, printing and downloading happen through that service.
• What is sent: the fixed calculator slug, a site mark (from=wp-13th-<your-domain>), the optional eight-character affiliate code (ref), and the standard request data of any web page (IP address, browser user agent and referring page).
• What is not sent to the website owner: the plugin does not provide visitor names, email addresses, phone numbers or workbook contents to the website owner.
