Ktai Location

Description

“Ktai Location” extracts geographic data (latitude, longitude) from your post in many ways:

  • EXIF of JPEG/TIFF images
  • map service URLs in post content
  • address or place name in [geo] shortcodes

And the plugin save them as “Lat_Long” custom fields.
To use geographic data, you need to use other plugins that can read the custom fields.

Requirements

  • Google Maps API Key (if you convert address from [geo] shortcode)

Licence

The license of this plugin is GPL v2.

Restrictions

  • Reading EXIF feature needs to locate the images at the same server to this plugin. Citing URL of a remote server (such as Flickr, Picasa, etc) are not usable.
