FAQ
-
Does the discount badge work with variable products?
-
Yes! If a variable product is on sale, the plugin automatically calculates the discount for each variation and displays the highest percentage discount on the product card.
-
Why doesn’t the “New” badge appear on my product?
-
The “New” badge is calculated based on the product’s publish date. Make sure the product was published within the timeframe you set in the settings (e.g., within the last 30 days).
-
Can I hide the standard WooCommerce “Sale” text?
-
Yes. There is a built-in option in the settings panel to automatically hide the default WooCommerce sale flash, ensuring only your custom Kraan Badge is visible.
-
Can I translate this plugin?
-
Yes, the plugin is fully internationalized (i18n) and translation-ready. Translations are automatically handled and distributed via the translate.wordpress.org platform.
