Klozio – Chatbot

Description

Klozio is an AI sales assistant for your store — far more than a simple chatbot. Trained on the public content of your site (products, pages, FAQ), it advises your visitors, recommends the right products (clickable cards with image and price), replies in several languages and guides them to checkout 24/7. It also reports back what visitors look for but don’t find (unmet requests) and alerts you to hot leads. Klozio is published by MyGoodSite.

The chatbot’s “brain” is hosted by MyGoodSite: the plugin is a lightweight shell that injects the widget with your license key. No access to your admin is ever transmitted — only your public pages are indexed.

External service / privacy

This plugin connects to a third-party service provided by MyGoodSite in order to run the chatbot:

  • Endpoint: https://bot.klozio.fr (widget w.js, and API /chat, /sync, /lead, /leads, /status).
  • Data sent: your license key, your site domain, the messages typed by your visitors in the chat, and where applicable the email they voluntarily leave. The public content of your site is indexed to generate answers.
  • Hosting: European Union (Contabo GmbH, Germany). Answers generated by Anthropic (Claude model), which does not train its models on this data.

Installation

  1. Upload the klozio-chatbot folder to /wp-content/plugins/, or install the plugin from the Plugins screen.
  2. Activate the plugin.
  3. Open the Klozio menu (in the admin sidebar) and enter your license key (provided after subscribing on klozio.fr).
  4. Customize the appearance, then click Sync now to index your catalog.

FAQ

Does the chatbot have access to my WordPress admin?

No. Only the public pages of your site are indexed. The plugin never sends credentials or admin data.

Is my data used to train an AI?

No. Public content is indexed and then passed to the model at the time of each question. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its API.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

The chatbot stops displaying and your knowledge base is deleted on the server side within the timeframe set out in the terms (GDPR).
