Description
KlikAIO analyzes your website, shows what to improve and, once you approve, applies the improvements for you: page titles and descriptions in Google, structured data (schema.org), image alt text and new blog posts.
This plugin is the connector between your WordPress site and your KlikAIO account. An account with the KlikAIO service (https://klikaio.pl) is required. Without an account the plugin does nothing and sends no data.
The KlikAIO service and the screens of this plugin are currently available in Polish.
What the plugin does once it is connected to your account:
- sends the list of your pages to KlikAIO (address, title, description, content) so they can be analyzed,
- applies the changes you approve in the KlikAIO panel: title and description for Google, JSON-LD structured data, image alt text and blog posts,
- saves the previous version of every changed piece of content, so every change can be undone,
- works with the SEO plugins Yoast SEO, Rank Math and SEOPress (it writes to their fields) and also without them.
How to connect: in the KlikAIO panel choose “Connect with WordPress”, log in to your WordPress site and approve the access. The connection key is saved automatically.
External services
This plugin connects to the external KlikAIO service (https://klikaio.pl), of which it is a part. Without an account in this service the plugin sends nothing.
After your site is connected to a KlikAIO account, the plugin sends the following to the KlikAIO server (https://klikaio.pl/api/plugin/…):
- when connecting and about every 15 minutes: the site address, the plugin version, the WordPress version and the number of published pages (a “still connected” heartbeat),
- after connecting and periodically: the list of pages and posts of your site (address, title, Google description, content, selected ACF fields), used for analysis in KlikAIO,
- after you approve changes in the panel: the plugin downloads the content to apply from KlikAIO (titles, descriptions, structured data, image alt text, posts) and reports which of them were applied.
The data is sent only to the KlikAIO server and is used to analyze and improve your website.

FAQ
-
Do I need a KlikAIO account?
-
Yes. The plugin is a connector to the KlikAIO service and does nothing without an account.
-
Does KlikAIO change anything on my site without my knowledge?
-
No. Changes are applied only after you approve the plan in the KlikAIO panel. The previous version of every changed piece of content is saved, so every change can be undone.
-
Will it work without Yoast SEO or Rank Math?
-
Yes. When no SEO plugin is active, KlikAIO outputs the page title and description itself.
-
Does the plugin update itself?
-
When you connect the site to your KlikAIO account, the plugin turns on WordPress’s own automatic updates for itself, once. Updates always come from WordPress.org. You can turn them off in Plugins (“Disable auto-updates”), and the plugin will not turn them on again.
-
I have two copies of the KlikAIO plugin. What should I do?
-
Keep one of them. The second copy will not load and will report this in the WordPress admin.

Changelog
1.12.5
- Image descriptions (alt text): besides filling empty alt text, the plugin can now replace a weak one chosen in KlikAIO (a file name such as IMG_1234, a single generic word, or the same text on several images). It only replaces it when the current alt text is still exactly the one KlikAIO saw, so a description you changed yourself stays, and the previous text is kept so the change can be undone.
1.12.4
- Turns on WordPress automatic updates for this plugin once, when the site is first connected to a KlikAIO account (you can turn them off at any time in Plugins, and they will not be turned on again). When a newer version is available, asks WordPress to check for updates right away instead of waiting.
1.12.3
- Text changes now work on pages built with SiteOrigin Page Builder (the text is updated where the page builder keeps it).
- Undoing a change that was made on display (text kept by the theme) now removes it cleanly instead of adding a reverse rule.
- A change made on display now targets the page content first, not the menu.
- Elementor: the element cache is cleared after a text change, so visitors see the new text right away.
1.12.2
- The check that a replaced text really appears on the page now uses WordPress’ standard loopback SSL setting instead of disabling certificate verification.
1.12.1
- Fixes Polish and other accented letters being damaged on pages built with Elementor after a text change.
- Text changes now also reach repeater fields in Elementor (accordions, tabs, lists) and pages built with Beaver Builder and Bricks.
- Clears the page cache (WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, W3 Total Cache and others) after a change and after Undo.
- Text that lives only in the theme template is replaced when the page is displayed, and only after checking that the new text really appears on the page.
1.12.0
- Text changes work on any theme: the plugin finds the visible text in page content, page builders and page fields, tolerating typographic dashes, quotes and non-breaking spaces.
- Changes whose text cannot be found are reported back instead of being marked as applied; Undo restores changed page fields too.
1.11.2
- Page sync sends full text fields (with headings) and longer page content, so optimization covers whole sections.
1.11.0
- Connecting without pasting a key: the KlikAIO panel passes the key after you log in to WordPress.
- Protection against two copies of the plugin being loaded at the same time.
- The version from the WordPress.org directory is updated in the standard way, through WordPress.org.
- The plugin now uses the KlikAIO logo as its menu icon.
- Admin requests are now unslashed and sanitized consistently, and applying content or custom fields checks that you are allowed to edit the post.
