Kıdem Tazminatı Hesaplama Aracı (Severance Pay Calculator for Turkey) is a lightweight WordPress plugin that calculates severance pay according to Turkish Labor Law (İş Kanunu). Designed specifically for Turkish employers, employees, and law firms.
This plugin is intended for use in Turkey only. It uses Turkish tax brackets, minimum wage data, and severance pay ceiling values updated regularly according to Turkish regulations.
The calculation logic runs entirely on the server side (PHP). Visitors cannot access the calculation engine through the browser.
