Description

Create services and staff, assign working hours, breaks and days off, then add [jadav_booking] to a page.

Best-fit slots explain when an appointment fits beside another booking or break. Customers can optionally enter a preferred time to rank available slots by closeness. This is deterministic local scheduling, not AI, and is not a claim of market exclusivity.

All times use the site’s WordPress timezone. Slots start every 15 minutes. Bookings require one hour of lead time and can be made up to 90 days ahead. Payments are handled separately at the appointment. Email delivery depends on your WordPress mail configuration. Exclude booking pages from full-page caching because the form contains an expiring security token.

This initial version does not include online payments, SMS, dedicated Elementor/Gutenberg blocks, or external calendar synchronization. You can use the shortcode in WordPress’s Shortcode block or Elementor’s Shortcode widget. Booking-page labels and the fixed one-hour/90-day booking window are not configurable in this version.

Privacy

Bookings store customer name, email, service, staff, start/end times, status, creation time and a hash of the private management token in this site’s database. The form asks for consent before storing these details. Confirmation emails contain a private management link; anyone with that link can view or cancel that appointment. Do not share it publicly.

A salted hash of the connecting IP address is temporarily used for a 15-minute booking-attempt limit. No analytics or external API service is used. WordPress’s configured email delivery may involve a mail provider. Site administrators control that configuration.

Administrators can search by email and permanently delete individual bookings. Records are retained until deleted by an administrator. Deactivation and uninstall preserve records to avoid accidental loss; delete customer records before uninstall if you wish to remove them. Update your site’s privacy policy for your actual retention and email practices.
