The plugin displays an interactive real estate catalog on your website page: list, map with clustering, filters, photo gallery, and property detail cards.
Properties are loaded from a feed in Yandex Realty XML format, which is supported by most Russian CRMs for real estate agencies. You only need to specify the feed address in your personal account, and the rest happens automatically.

Third-Party Service Utilization
This plugin acts as a client side for the ixard.ru service and will not function without it. Registration at https://ixard.ru is required to use this plugin.
The plugin enqueues a script on the website page loaded from https://ixard.ru. When a visitor opens the catalog page, their browser connects to the service servers and transmits: IP address, requested page URL, browser details, and operating system information. This data is used to verify catalog usage rights and protect against unauthorized use.
To display the map, the visitor’s browser additionally connects to external mapping services located outside the Russian Federation. The current list is available at: https://ixard.ru/external-services
The plugin does not use cookies and does not store data in the visitor’s browser.

Personal Data Processing
You are the controller of your website visitors’ personal data. The ixard.ru service processes it on your behalf. A ready-to-use privacy policy text for your website is available in your personal account.
Installation
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Register at https://ixard.ru and specify the XML feed URL of your CRM.
- Copy the widget key from your personal account: “Widget” section, “Embed code” block. The key consists of 32 characters.
- Go to “Settings” “Ixard Widget”, paste the key, and save.
- Add your website domain in the “Domains” section of your personal account.
- Place the shortcode
[ixard_widget]on the desired page.

Is registration required?

Yes. The plugin displays data from the ixard.ru service, so registration is mandatory. The basic plan is free.

What feed format is supported?

Yandex Realty XML (YRL). It is provided by most Russian CRMs for real estate agencies.

The catalog did not appear on the page

Open the page while logged into the admin dashboard — the plugin displays the reason, but only to the administrator. Most often, it is an invalid key or incorrect key length.

Can I display two catalogs on a single page?

No. The plugin will only display the first one and warn the administrator.

The catalog goes beyond the theme container boundaries

Check the “Full Width” setting in your personal account. It is intended for full-screen display and may not suit every theme.

How do I customize the appearance?

All settings are located in your personal account on ixard.ru: layout, theme, color, height, and map behavior. Changes take effect within five minutes; there is no need to reinstall the plugin.
