Installation

Requirements

  • Widget-able WordPress theme
  • Please make sure, PHP_SAFE_MODE is turned off by your webhoster
  • To enable Cache, the directory {upload-folder}/instagram/ must be writable (there won’t be stored more than 10 KB)

Installation

  1. Upload instagramWidget.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Enable the plugin through the Plugin-Section
  3. Add the widget to any widget-area you want to
  4. Make sure you provide an API Key

FAQ

How do I get an API key?

For authorization purposes there must be a separate authentication to Instagram. You can get your own API key via this small site: http://justcurious.de/projects/instagramwidget/apiaccess.php
