How does this plugin work?

The plugin examines the HTML source of your post when you save it, inspecting each IMG tag, and processing them according to the options you have selected.

Under the default settings, it will find IMG tags with links to images on other web sites and copy those images to your web site, updating the IMG src to point to your copy.

Does it work with MultiSite?

Yes! It was developed and built ( and is used everyday ) at PhotographyBlogSites.com – a multisite install.

What if i don’t want to import images from a third party image hosting site?

You can make it ignore any domain you want on the settings page, in case you work with a CDN or photo hosting site and want to keep those images where they are.

Reviews

Still Works Great!

This is the best option I could find for importing images from more than 100 posts. The native WordPress importer hasn’t been doing a great job of pulling images in lately, but this sure does. Works with Divi, for what that’s worth.

OK, but doesn’t link to ID

Imports images OK but can’t get it to link to the various size options (medium, large, etc) since the class parameter and wordpress identifier within the tag is missing – eg. class=”wp-image-4198 size-full”. This means the sizing is not optimised for various browsers as I understand it as it can only load the greatest size. I expect all the other reviewers just didn’t notice. You check theproblem another way – select edit image and then try to change it’s size. You can’t.

keep importing same pictures

This plugin was great but now keep importing same picture. I’m not sure for soon upgrade .

if could solve the issue please reply to this topic.
thanks
