ImoBI Lite is a free and lightweight real estate plugin for WordPress. Create beautiful property listings, responsive grids, advanced search filters, sliders, interactive maps and lead capture forms without coding. Works with Gutenberg, Elementor, Classic Editor and most WordPress themes.

ImoBI Lite uses OpenStreetMap + Leaflet by default — maps work immediately without any API key. Google Maps is optional.

External Services

This plugin may connect to external services when specific features are enabled by the site administrator.

Google Maps Platform

This plugin can load the Google Maps JavaScript API to display property maps when a Google Maps API key is configured by the site administrator. When a map is displayed, the visitor’s browser may send requests to Google servers, including the visitor’s IP address and browser information, as required by Google to provide the map service.

Google reCAPTCHA

This plugin can load Google reCAPTCHA to help protect contact forms against spam when reCAPTCHA keys are configured by the site administrator. When reCAPTCHA is enabled, the visitor’s browser may send information to Google, such as the visitor’s IP address, browser information, and interaction signals, as required by Google to provide spam protection.

ImoBI Lite stores contact form submissions locally in your WordPress database.

The plugin may send email notifications to the administrator email or to the custom lead email configured in Properties > Settings.

Interactive maps use OpenStreetMap and Leaflet by default. Map tiles may be loaded from OpenStreetMap servers.

If a Google Maps API key is configured, map data may be loaded from Google Maps services according to Google’s terms and privacy policy.

If Google reCAPTCHA v3 is configured, form submissions may be verified by Google according to Google’s terms and privacy policy.

ImoBI Lite does not include hidden tracking, analytics or advertising scripts.
