Description
Hyphon Events Manager provides event and performance management, ticket pricing,
WooCommerce checkout, digital QR tickets and entrance scanning from WordPress.
The WordPress.org plugin is a complete, permanently functional event-management
and general-admission ticketing plugin. It includes calendars, calendar filters
and feeds, recurring-event tools, coupons, QR tickets and browser scanning.
Optional separately installed Hyphon extensions can add allocated seating,
managed scanner devices and guest-list workflows. Their implementation is not
included in this WordPress.org plugin and no included feature requires a trial,
licence key or remote activation.
WooCommerce is required for online ticket payments. Venues retain control of
their WooCommerce payment providers.
External services
Hyphon Events sends ticket purchases to the WooCommerce installation on the
same website. WooCommerce and any payment gateway selected by the site owner
may communicate with their own services under their respective terms and
privacy policies. Hyphon Events itself does not send visitor, order or ticket
data to a Hyphon licensing or analytics service.
If the site owner enables the optional Facebook video feed and enters a
Facebook Page identifier and access token, Hyphon Events requests that Page’s
published video list from the Meta Graph API so it can display those videos on
the website. The request sends the configured Page identifier, requested video
fields, result limit and access token. No ticket-buyer, order or visitor data
is sent. The request occurs only after the site owner configures and enables
this feature. Meta’s Terms are at https://www.facebook.com/terms.php and its
Privacy Policy is at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
Development source
All JavaScript and CSS shipped with the plugin is human-readable source and can
