Installation
- Upload the
gracewell-backup-managerdirectory to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu.
- Navigate to Tools Gracewell Backup in the admin sidebar.

Where are backups stored?

Backups are stored in
wp-content/uploads/gracewell-backup-manager/storage/. The directory is protected from direct access. -
How do I send logs to customer support?

Click the “Support Log” button in the upper right corner of the Gracewell Backup dashboard, then click “Download Support Log (.txt)” and attach the downloaded file when contacting support.

What happens when I delete the plugin?

The database table and options are removed. Backup ZIP files are preserved — remove them manually if no longer needed.

Why is my backup stuck on Pending?

Ensure WP-Cron is enabled. Visit any page on your site to trigger cron, or set up a system cron job.
